VIRTUAL CALMING ROOM
Need tools to help manage stress, anxiety, feelings and emotions? At this website, you can try some guided meditation, do some activities (Such as puzzles, games, or coloring pages), watch live videos of animals, and more. These tools can help you to calm down and refocus your energy in a healthy way.
GLSEN
With this project, I helped my client identify their mission specify their goals. I then provided expert advice and strategic planning to help them succeed in the long run. It was a hit; both the client and myself were extremely satisfied with the end result and went on to collaborate on more projects together.
